I find myself to be very lacking in media literacy, so I can't say that I understood this story in its entirety. However, most of it was easy to follow through and understand. I do know for a fact that I didn't read between the lines here and there.
I think this was one of the most impactful games I've played in a long time. The way it morphed from something as straight forward as "greed ended earth" to something much more harrowing will always stay close to my heart (I did not read any background info before playing this if u couldn't tell...) I enjoyed it a lot. The art direction was so gorgeous, I couldn't stop taking screenshots. The notes, the poems, the article, it all had me in tears. How many people chose to misunderstand you, how many abused their power, its crazy how cruel people can be to push their own narrative !
