This felt like a fun mix of Darkest Dungeon and Slay the Spire!
I really enjoyed how intuitive everything was! You did a great job at making your game easy to understand! There was a lot to keep track of at the start, but it never felt like too much. As I played and became more aware of all the mechanics at play (like hunger and stress) I found myself further hooked and hungering for more gameplay! Hahaha
If you'd like to make your game quicker to understand, it might be worth implementing a small tutorial at the start to quickly describe each bar the player should keep track of and where their spell(s) are located. You could even include a text at the start that just says something like "View Tutorial? (It'll only take a minute!)" so players can, of course, skip if they'd rather learn on the go!
This game was great at keeping me engaged all throughout playing! Adding in a hunger mechanic really helped to add an extra layer of fun to dungeon raiding! I'm so excited to see what more you do with this once it's released on Steam! Thank you for taking the time to make this game!
