Thank you for your feedback! You increase skills by performing skill checks, which are indicated by red pluses. The pluses also indicate difficulty. You're right to assume that I have taken some inspiration from literature in my story. I'd like to include references from literature and other mediums throughout my story in the future. I also appreciate you pointing out what you saw on the character menu, this will be fixed in the second update coming soon. I appreciate you for trying my game, it really means a lot to me! :)

Hi all, I've recently released my first project on Itch called Furtivity. It's a stealth-based lite-RPG made in Sugarcube. It takes place during the Age of Imperialism where the American Revolution never occurred.
As you play my game, I'd like for you to tell me what you liked, noticed, or generally disliked whilst roaming around the streets of Furtivity. There's a lot of stuff I have planned for this game, whether it be mechanics, content, story, or characters; your feedback would support me greatly.
Please note that this game is mature and contains obscene language/profanity, violence, and gritty stuff in general.
If you like games with somewhat grounded stories set in different time periods then this could be for you.
