Yes its possible. You need to click on TownHall which will open build menu and then you can see price in wood or stone. Wood, Stone and Wheat can be manualy clicked to give you +1 Resource of that type like tutorial say it. Don't worry after i finish the core mechanics and Debug some bugs. I will definitly create better Tutorial.
