strange, u have a better specs than me but I can run the game pretty smoothly.  Maybe the game isn't using your 1070 Ti? You can try it by going to Nvidia control panel > program settings, find the game and apply it with "High performance Nvida processor". hope this helps

Overall Solid game! I just have a small problem: every time I minimize the game to do some stuff like adjusting my recording stuff and come back, the game somehow disables my GPU then blue screen after a few min. I want to know if other people also experienced this or is it just me xD
