I can only guess that it's being falsely flagged due to it being a .exe file that isn't from a "trusted source" (e.g. Microsoft). All I can say is that this game has been available on itch.io for many years now, so I'd hope that if it were actually malware that it would have been reported and removed by now!
If you switch the difficulty to the easiest, the platforming sections are made easier. You can switch difficulty mid-playthrough whenever you save/load.
I can assure you that's a false positive! Being a .exe installer file makes antivirus programs more likely to flag it, but it's harmless and uninstalls without trouble.
The save file should be named "NYSave.txt". It just occurred to me that the file should be in your AppData folder! That should be located at 'C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\', and you should be able to move it from the demo folder to the full game's folder. Let me know if that works!
Oh, and I do want to make another platformer at some point! I'm awful at being productive, so I'm sorry to say it'll likely be some time, but thank you so much for your support. It definitely helps keeping me moving forward, even if it's at a snail's pace.

So as that page says, selling the game at 1000yen nets me 450yen after DLSite/CuriousFactory take their cut. I'd like to put it up for cheaper, but any lower and the percentage I get becomes smaller and smaller, and idk I already kinda dislike having a minority share of the profits as is.
Needless to say, I definitely try to encourage people to purchase my stuff here lol
