Played these back in the day when they released, redownloaded and played them again today. The launcher is cute, nice addition, I absolutely love the surreal/glitch style, reminds me of serial experiments lain more than anything. The level design and gameplay are amazing, hotline miami 1 sometimes can feel a bit clunky or slow, while 2 can feel overwhelming and ultra punishing, with many long levels requiring to be aware of everything and make slow safe moves for every room, these games play more fluidly, I can just gun everything down like crazy and rely in quick reactions, overall I can play more recklessly and aggressively than in the hotline miami games, which feels awesome. Lastly, the music selection is great, it just mixes perfectly with the gameplay. Great stuff, I'll play the rest of the games and the new release whenever it comes out, I'd make a small donation but can't find any way to do so :(
