Why are the tentacles misaligned? Im playing the android version and there is a simple tentacles option that fix that but I want to know what advanced tentacles do

If I buy this game once here on itch.io, do I have all future versions too or I only pay for the actual version?

Hi does anyone know why in scenes instead of seeing the scene I only see a mouth floating in the air and nothing else, I hear the scene but I dont see it even in the gallery, how do I fix that
