I think the game has some nice polish, I enjoy the art and music and the waves feel threatening. I couldn't figure out how to upgrade my character though, no matter how far I ran or how many slimes I killed, possibly a bug, but fun nonetheless, keep it up!
(Reminded me of vampire survivors)

I like the sound design, and the game is pretty well polished, unfortunately I did encounter a bug where the level didn't reset after losing, Good job though!

I wish there could be more too!!! Thank you for your kind words. Hopefully you had fun with the 3 levels I could make in the 4 days, I hope the infinite mode can help some.

I'm glad you think so, I worked really hard to make sure the bosses just kept escalating, especially that last one. Feel free to share the game around, I'm hoping it can reach as many people as possible!

I'm glad you liked it so much!!!
Feel free to share the game around, I tried my best to make something people would enjoy even outside of a game jam.

This game does some really interesting things, I like the little dice roller in the corner, in fact I wish it were larger and more visible. You have successfully made a game that not only fits the theme but also intentionally or not calls back to a previous years theme, which I think is neat. If you refine the graphics some and maybe center the dice roll in the  middle of the screen so its more visible while rolling this could be a full release.
Just keep polishing and you have something really nice here, good job.

and if you would like to check out my game feel free to.
(Also nice dice rolling sounds)

This game is very charming, its silly and I appreciate what it does in a quick and straight to the point package. I think you did wonderfully.
I also tried making a comedy game if you feel like giving it a shot.

A very literal take on a countdown turned into a game. It has a very relaxing atmosphere too.
You could absolutely refine this, maybe speed up the countdown more, and release it on mobile if you wanted!

I really enjoyed this game.
The art is charming
The music is relaxing

I only wish the character were a little faster.
I think the idea of the countdown being an air meter is really creative, and I am glad there are bubbles to get new air
Great job!

I really enjoy the physic-y motion, and the fact that the screen wraps on the left and right is great.

What a cool and unique game! I love the mechanic of trying to plug in the correct time, although I did find it confusing at first. I only wish the game were longer. Wonderful work!

Do i have to go to a link to download a working build?

Cool game! Funny we both made games about ducks, feel free to try mine out if you want

This is a cool concept for a countdown themed game, goodness though IT IS FAST. Every bounce is so chaotic, and that's not inherently a had thing!

This game had me HOOKED. This is easily the longest I have spent playing a single game, after all its not easy.

The art isn't bad at all and the music complimented the game fantastically. I had tons of fun trying to decide when to use a bullet.
I did encounter an issue where I would start a round missing a bullet or two, but that's about my only complaint. I wish there were more special bullets to try as they make the game 10x as fun. wonderful job I will come back to play this one more later!

I would play a finished version of this with more bullet types.
Also if you want feel free to try my game, its also a bullethell shooter.

Strangely addictive game. Simple idea, executed well

Fantastic art style, love the use of a 45 degree perspective, especially when jumping. The mechanics feel solid and well polished.

I think this use of the theme is really solid, it took me a minute to figure out the mechanic with the grey boxes but once I did I realized the interesting way you combined resetting a level with carrying over keys, its very creative and I enjoyed it!

Cool take on the theme, I enjoyed the wacky physics feel to the controller. Good job!

What a unique concept with a lot of potential for variety and replay value. Its a little complex, perhaps it could use a more obvious tutorial, but its a cool game none the less!

I will happily try your game! Unfortunately I ran out of time while making the intro cutscene, maybe if i ever update the game I will finish the music and animation.

You are really too kind! Even if the download requirement  may have hurt my chances of placing high,  making this game was tons of fun!

I have no idea how but we both managed to make games about ducks with guns. Regardless, fun concept, wonderful rhythm mechanic!

Thank you so much! I hope that more people continue to find and enjoy the game!

Its amazing how a simple game concept like this has so many more ratings than every other game, simplicity and being early can be powerful tools.

This game has a really nice art direction, and the play on the theme is a creative one. I only wish there were more of a tutorial, but its not too difficult to learn, fantastic job!
