I click on the "Download" button (right next to it it says "Purchased for $2.50 67 days ago")

But the only options is "Gameboy-portraits - Free.zip" and it contains only 4 portraits... 

I tried reloggin but it doesn't seem to do anything.

The run animation is missing. I bought the pack and it has all the animations for all the knights EXCEPT the most important one: run or walk animation.
