Thanks for all this feedback! Yeah, I didn’t consider it, but adding the direction of the mouse to influence where the flashlight goes could have improved the gameplay. Mb i forgot to change the projectile bounce for the ghost of Christmas future. Thanks, though! I will try to add some of these fixes after the jam ends!
Thanks! Someone else also had that issue, but I don't. Maybe it's because of a cross-platform difference? I used vector costumes, and I think Safari and other browsers display them differently.
Thanks for the feedback! The green guy moves a bit slower than the blue guy - he is smaller and more agile. Yeah, I made it Christmas themed so that’s why I added Santa! I probably should have made the cookies Christmas cookies!
Thank you for all this feedback! The flashlight does have a few particles and also a small sound effect! Adding a sound effect for stealing cookies would have been a good idea!
Cool concept! Really nice to see creative games like this in the jam! I liked the idea, but I couldn't finish the game :/ I'll have to get back on it sometime later!
Guys, sorry, but idk when I will make another update (if i do). I've been working on other projects and also working on improving my Python and Javascript. So nowdays I have way less time to work on the project. Life also in general is pretty busy :/
So cool game! My only thing I don't like is that it takes so long to complete a loop :/ I love the sound/music, and stuff you can interact with in the room! It would be cool to add more interactible items!!
Cool game! The use of the theme is a lot different from other games in the jam! I love the sound effects and music. The only issue is that I encountered the bug someone else mentioned below about the arrows pointing in weird directions. Still a solid game, though!
Really cool concept and overall game! It was fun to play! Nice to see another Scratch developer in the jam :) The only problem I had was that in the boss fight I jumped out of the web and I couldn’t go back into the web. So I couldn’t beat the game :/
