This game was pretty fun. I beat almost the whole game without stopping it at all btw lol

Pretty neat, and the pixel art is pretty good too. Great job! It actually has a lot of similarities with our game.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm hoping to balance the enemies in the future.

Very nice game! It's very glitchy, there are a lot of ways to break the game if you skip dialogue or do something out of order, and I had a building that was so tall that it went of the screen, crashing me. But with some polish this can be a good game! (And check out ours if you have the time :))

Wow, this game is very unique, I really enjoyed it! I'm proud that I got a 85 spot on! I didnt fail a single one though. It was a bit confusing with the controls, and I didnt exactly understand how the shop worked. You should probably add some story or reason why you have to count these guys for the narrative score, but great game anyways.

Great job on the game! the level design is great, I enjoyed figuring out the different ways you can go about it.

Wow, this game is incredible. The art style is actually impressive for a game jam, I dont understand how you can pump that out in a few days. The puzzles were very engaging, and I got stuck on one for a while. If I had to give some criticism, I'd say the different layers of gears are hard to distinguish, since they look alike. It would be helpful to make their colors slightly more different. Great job!

The game is interesting, and the first time I played the chase sequence I genuinely got jump scared several times. I do think its very punishing to get caught since you go back all the way to the beginning, and doing the key section many times isn't that fun. Good job anyways!

This is a really cool game concept! If I had to give some criticism, I'd say you should raise the camera a little or lower the collision shape. It feels like there are areas I should be able to pass under, but I can't. Also, I would add some mid-air movement because it can be annoying to jump onto a block or off of one. Other than that, it's a really well-done concept!

Ok, I came into this game knowing it would be difficult, but there are some serious balancing issues here that need to be addressed.

The first two rounds are beatable, even before I figured out that I had a double jump. The big issue is with the boss battle.

First of all, the collision box of the boss is too tall. I was getting hit by him even when standing on a platform clearly above him.

Second, when the enemies start coming in during the boss battle, it's impossible to fight them because, as soon as you divert your attention, the boss jumps over to you and doesn't let you fight them, forcing you to divert your attention back to the boss.

Third, the boss has way too much health, in my opinion, and having a display that shows it would be extremely helpful for players to track their progress.

A good game design point I like to follow is that the perceived difficulty of the game shouldn't increase unexpectedly; it should match the skill of the player. Right now, the shift to the boss is a very high skill spike.

Hopefully this advice helps. Other than that, the art style is great, and the player movement/attacks are very satisfying. Good job!

Great job for a first game! The slimes seem to go through walls when you hit them, so I couldn't get their drops when I killed them sometimes.

The game is great, but I wish the mechanics were explain better, as it was very confusing and I got soft locked several times. Great job otherwise!

Neat game, I like how the tiles expand as it goes on. Initially I had a similar movement idea for our game but we changed it. Feel free to check it out!

The car handles very nicely. I really enjoy these kinds of games. There wasn't much story though, and there wasnt anything telling me i finished the game. Great job anyways!

Nice game! Reminds me of stacking dice when playing DND. I was a little confused how the scoring system worked, so making it more clear could be helpful. Good job!

Thanks for checking out the game. The shop ui was a bit buggy, but you can actually move around the order of bullets. In a future release we want to make it much more balanced and interesting.

Thanks for checking it out!

This seems like a really cool idea, I just wish there was more things that happened if you messed up rather than just  "failure". Would be fun to try different combinations.

Great job on this game! its very satisfying to get a lot of bubbles popping

I like the cool mechanics in this game, its very unique, great work!

neat game, its a simple but fun idea. good job!

Thanks for checking out the game! Figuring out the gameplay mechanic was definitely a challenge, as we didn't want to make it a turn based game, and also not too fast paced (the enemies did turn out a little too fast though). Thank you for the feedback!

Thank you! It was my first time trying out a retro art style. Though it could use some better balancing, I'm really glad you enjoyed it!

Fun game! very creative application of the theme, it was pretty fun to keep the numbers in mind, though i felt a bit confused by the rules at times. Our game is a roguelite too btw

pretty cool game, its simple but it catches attention. It doesnt have much to do with the theme though...

Nice game, I really like the mechanics, good job!

Aha, I recognize the level devil clone lol. I like the level design, but I had an issue with it being zoomed in and I had to scroll to zoom out and see the level. Good job anyways

Thanks for the input! There wasn't much time for balancing and there was a lot more I wish we could have done.

Cool game, i like the puzzle mechanics, good job!

pretty cool game, i like the art!

Cool, game, I love the art!

pretty cool game, it really needs a tutorial though. good job!

Cool game! I like the original idea, the beats are pretty difficult to get though (and I'm a musician, lol) Great job!

fun game, but controls are a bit confusing, good job!

Thanks for the ideas! if we had more time it would have definitely been more polished. Thanks for checking it out!

Yep, definitely something that needs to be fixed. Thanks for checking it out!

Very interesting take! I feel like the game is a bit too easy, i can just spam the fire button and kill the enemies quickly.  Great job anyways!

Pretty interesting idea, I wish there were more game modes, and an explanation for the second one (I was confused how to play that one). Has potential, good job!

Thank you!

Great game! very creative application of the theme. It did get pretty difficult early on though. Good job!
