I've been following the situation and seems like they've been facing a couple of issues in regards of the content in their country. But at this point, the artist is still working on it, and seems like we might see some news in the near future

Guys, don’t download the game from any unknown resources. On their Patreon, each 0.X update is free and shows the password that it’s needed.

A good amount, but it finishes once you select if you want to be lustful or romantic.  There are a few parts that are still not translated,  though, like a Li Jun feet scene, and other stuff. There are a few UI bugs on the English version, though, since it seems like they’re still doing improvements here and there.

Only a part of the game has been translated in English.
