Thank you so much for playing and for such wonderful feedback! We’re in the process of adding obstacles, collapsing buildings, etc. that should help reduce this issue substantially.

Complete oversight on our end! We’ll working on getting this up on the game page early next week! Thank you for the feedback and thank you playing!

We do have some plans to bring in a few obstacles and building collapses (similar to Canabalt) that should drive the player a bit better. With a bit more time we might be able to nail down the camera a little better as we know that’s one of the main issues with backtracking currently.

Thank you for playing! We’re glad you had a good time!

Not VR, should be setup to start by pressing the enter key or the A button (Xbox). Apologies for the confusion, just found out the “Any key” assignment I had set wasn’t working correctly.

Thank you for playing! We really do appreciate every bit of feedback we get!

Looking forward to trying Hover Loop later today!

Viper isn’t here for a long time, they’re here for a good time!

In all seriousness, some balancing issues did make it through as we were trying to cram TOO much in. We’re already making adjustments to Viper’s speed for an update slated to release after the jam ends!

Thank you so much for playing and providing feedback!

Thank you so much for playing!

We were initially having trouble figuring out what to make for the jam. A few ideas in, we started on a snake eating itself idea that was ultimately quite boring. This eventually led to the Snake with looping edges concept, and a few other ideas we’ll be pushing out in an update after the Jam ends!

Thank you so much and I just have to say it, user name checks out! It’s not quite Centipede, but we were inspired by a lot of classics!

This was certainly a creative game! Thank you for putting this together!

Thank you for playing! We’re glad you had a good time!

Thank you so much for playing!

I was playing around with a few ideas on how to telegraph the enemies next movements, but unfortunately ran out of time to implement anything!

An interesting idea for sure! With a bit more polish, I could myself see sitting down to play this a bit longer.

Had a few instances when I reset, but the kayak stayed in the same location so it broke my loop, as I forgot the pattern by the time I eventually realized and returned to the actual start.

Simple. Cute. Enjoyable.

Thank you for your submission! This was a really fun and unique take on match games!

The pixel art was VERY consistent throughout.

The into/transitions take a LOT to get through… Perhaps shorten the amount of time the words are on screen, or give the player an option to move on to the next story bit.

Overall this was a nice game with solid visuals and a strong representation of the theme!

The art in the cutscene was AMAZING… then the game started. The visuals in game are by no means bad, but that into set the bar soooo high!

It’s an interesting concept that I truly wouldn’t mind you developing further!

The art style here is STRONG! Catchy tunes, too!

The art style was quite nice, and the feedback SFX were pleasant.

Thank you for taking the time to play, rate and comment on our work! It really means a lot! Hopefully we brought something a little bit new to that nostalgia!

Thank you for playing.

The theme was actually quite challenging this year!

We had a few ideas rolling around, but eventually had to settle on something simple yet nostalgic in order to get anything done and submitted!

Looking forward to playing Goblin Getaway!

Thank you so much for playing!!!

We’re trying to play and rate as many games as we can, we’ll certainly add Dicey Dependency to the top of our list!

Thank you for playing! It really means a lot!

Looking forward to checking out Swing to the MOON (I like the all caps stylizing in the name already, obviously!)

Thank you so much for playing! We love classic games!!!

Up until the final hours, all audio was just placeholders! Fortunately, Skarlet SumX came through BIG with the short music loop and SFX!!! Absolute love their work!

Thank you so much for playing! I did have some ideas to make the enemies a bit more interesting, but unfortunately time was on my side this go around!

It might be something I look to improve after the Jam wraps up!

Thank you so much for playing!

There’s a few features that had to be left on the cutting room floor that would have made the enemies more interesting. Time will tell if this has the legs to warrant future additions!

The loop theme was used wonderfully! I really enjoyed hunting down each hidden key and then sprinting straight for it on the next loop, it made every run feel exciting and rewarding.

A really interesting idea with some genuinely fun moments! With a bit more polish and expansion, I could see this turning into something that could really stand out. Maybe even something marketable? Keep up the great work.

This was an authentic Etch A Sketch experience! Frustrating, yet fun!

Give us free draw mode!!!

The art is quite solid, though some parts of the UI feel a bit different from the main style.

I was a little disappointed that the game is limited to a short tutorial; it would’ve been nice if the menu music carried over into the gameplay.

Great work overall. I’d love to see this developed further!

This game has a really clean asthetic! Navigation/Movement can be a bit finicky at times, but this is a pretty well thought out puzzler.

Wow, what in incredibly simple, topical and poignant game! Thank you for making this, it’s wild!

FYI, the music settings reset when you fail, so I got a bit of a jump scare out of this one too!

Thank you so much for playing! It was a fun experience to make, going through a ton of old photos to turn into movie cards was… interesting. It required putting myself out there in a way I usually don’t. So thank you again for playing, and thank you for the comment!

Thank you so much for playing and for the feedback! This project is by far my most polished I’ve released thus far, so do keep that in mind if you choose to go back! Thank you again for playing!!!

Thank you so much for playing and for such kind words! I have personally found myself “play testing” into the wee-hours of the morning… I guess that helped! 😆
