I've seen other people have the shimejis show up while they're playing games (like Valorant) so I suppose it's possible. If you're trying to stream them on the other hand, they won't show up.

After you download it, you have to extract it first before running anything. If you've already extracted it and it still bringing you to an extraction screen, try this fix. (timestamped 1:04)

There's currently an ongoing bug with the program itself about the interaction of programs windows on Win 11. Unfortunately, I'm not involved with the development of the program itself so I can't do anything about it. We'll just have to wait until the creator fixes it.
