Because I'm bored and I have not been in here for a little while, here's some angsty lore about my Mc's! Step 1 (mostly)
Berryl : Before moving to the smaller town of G.G, she used to get really overstimulated near her city's road with loud engines, explains why she was so quiet during steps 1, but beginning to get more comfy during other steps, but sometimes will relapse when something is too loud and it triggers her back into when she was in the city.
Noki : Lived near a beach where there's also a dense forest, being the black sheep of his entire friend group, he was once abandoned in the woods by them until the sun set down, and eventually his mama found him quivering and cold, sitting next to his shiny eevee plushie. He still holds onto it to this day, and the memories still linger in the back of his head even until adulthood, but looking back to it as he got older, he'd always wished he could comfort his younger youth.
Khaoi : 'Weird bug kid.' Is always familiar to him, both in a sad, but sort of happy way? He doesn't really know, he'd collect little bugs, make a little enclosure for them using the plastic boxes his mommy always got him and show some of them off to his friends, which were met with faces of pure disgust, annoyance, and ignorance. But that didn't affect him! .. Maybe a little. As much as he'd like to pretend he'll be alright, he just couldn't bare the thought of being alone. The reason why he covers his eyes, is because he can't fit in with the rest of his group, he sticks out like a sore thumb most of the time, and that's why kids his age tend to avoid him.
