Why do i have to buy the game to play it now and why does it say downloader now it sucks i can't even play my favorite game so please help

Hey guys I downloaded the new version of love and sex and second base but the version is  is 20.10.3f and  I can't do anything with the other girls except for bree and Sasha plus I can't go to the gym and I  can't take all the other girls on dates because they are no where to be found not even your boss at work so please help thank you.
