its most likely punching when going into another room haha.


It creates a temporary object that lacks persistency (a variable in GMS2 that keeps an object or room loaded if it is set to true) which is why the game crashes since the player looks for the punch object when loading into different rooms so that the hand can home back to the player. if that makes any sense lol.


I'm planning to scrap punching to replace it with a whole different mechanic tho lmao

the only equation is 7+2, you can go through any doors that are locked if you have one key, the ai sucks, on that topic the ai art sucks, the kid that pushes you is annoying, the droning music would honestly be better if it was muted, the movement sucks, why the HECK are the arrow keys being used, oh yeah the game is so poorly optimized, and finally to top that all off, the game is so unoriginal and unplayable that i just stopped.
