I need some bg music and sound effects because I have no idea how to make music but I'm a little confused where to start.

We're required to have a little short as promotional material, but where do we post it? And Jonny Razer said we can upload videos on our process and other promotional material, but where can we post those too? Is it ok to upload those promo content to Youtube?
