A bit late, but we still wanted to share our thoughts. Two members of our team played your game and prepared this feedback:
Member A:
Your game is very interesting and different from what I was expecting (in a positive way)
Regarding the difficulty, The second and fourth one I had to peek the solutions, I definitely wasn't expecting to tweak settings or use the UI to solve problems. (I didn't read the description before playing since you wanted a feedback on the difficulty, whether we need or not to use the description)
The first and third while I didn't use the solutions, I still needed the game to give me some hints. None of them I was able to solve with any help, but felt good when I found out with the hints.
Member B:
Overall: I really liked the puzzles, but I think the game needs more basic ones at the beginning so players can get used to the structure without relying on hints.
About the hints: I think it would be good to keep the hints on screen even after the player dies. Right now, they only appear when the player stands still for too long, which can be frustrating since a player’s first instinct in this type of game is usually to explore. Maybe it would be a good idea to add an option to access them at any time, or make them appear faster when no movement is detected. One detail I noticed is that hints also appear when the player finishes the level quickly I’m not sure if that’s intentional, but I don’t think it makes much sense since the level is already completed.
And I thought the ending was really cute, because these levels would definitely be easier to complete if there were a second player.
