What a wild loop to save myself and the world. Honestly shocked that I made it out on the first try because the brain drain was real. What a treat to see it all put together in the sugar boy glory.

Lot of smashing and winding up! Took a second to figure out the mechanics, but was fun after that! Still unsure what I was defending, but the upgrades were cool to see

Eat that tail! The puzzles were a little above my pay grade, but I could see the appeal for a puzzle game enthusiast!

You live! You die! You live again! Personally, never loved platformers, and dying repeatedly to keep going on is not my favorite even when sped up. Very cool style though

I liked the idea behind it and upgrades would have been very cool, but hard to do with the time constraints.

Dungeons! Spiders! I couldn't figure out how to get past the spiders.

Unfortunately, this game wouldn't load for me and just had the background load screen music playing.

Big fan of the cute monsters and reminds me of the mines in Stardew Valley. I wish I had more health so I could have gotten farther along because I'm pretty bad at staying alive.

I really liked this! It was actually fun to die and see what would be said and then go back and see different options, paths or skills you get. Loved the graphics, even though it was a bit hard to see mechanically where to go. Would be really cool to see this as a larger game in general fleshed out with more time.

Unfortunately, after extracting the zip file to it's own folder, the game wouldn't load and gave me this error:

Application folder:

C:/Users/alexh/Downloads/GMTKGameJam/GMTKGameJam

There should be 'Start_Data'

folder next to the executable

I liked the graphics and concept, mostly because I really enjoyed plants vs zombies and this had a similar feel to it. Would have been cool to have more weapons or powerups and such to choose from, but I totally understand how difficult that is in such a short amount of time.

Very fun to play once I got the mechanics down of lassoing enemies! Definitely did not get very far because I Was getting overwhelmed with enemies, but that was more of me not being very well-versed in playing games to begin with.

I did enjoy seeing where I could place things and how many options I would have of adding things to the chute before clogging it, although I wish the droplets moved faster to speed through the beginning levels a bit quicker to get to the more challenging bits and likely would have played longer if it was a little more fast paced! Fun idea though!
