Opening Lilithport (the thing used for the Online) you can set the Game & Music Volume unfortunately there's not a way to turn off the music outside of lilithport </3
It has online with Lilithport which is bundled with the game folder!

so it is Neutral A B or C Down A B or C Forward A B or C and A B or C in the air
in terms of supers you have to do a half circle motion input C with meter
the inputs are all
5X 2X 6X and jX (X for each button)
The motion inputs are half circle forward and backwards with meter
