How can I get the other map

Which one, is it the first or the second one on the left

How can I get it ? I already have the map from the cartographer near the clock. Is there another one ?

I have a bug report, maybe it is, the fountain after defeating Beelzebub, you can use it to go to other fountains, but when you use other fountains you can't go there to that fountain after defeating Beelzebub, can you help ?.
