Thank you for your input. I guess the combat chapter does need more work.
As for the stats, it's more of a style issue, really. The stats help flesh out your pilot as much as they matter mechanically, if not more. Since the only thing you get out of using the weaker stat is Fame, you can indeed always use one of the high stats, if you wish. Since they are what your character favors, that makes sense from a roleplaying perspective. The stats don't interact as such, you only count successes at the end, so which one you use is entirely up to you. The Holo Decoy is a bit of a trick. You lead with a weak strategy, to get your opponent to do the same, thinking they can make a quick point of Fame, then switch to a stronger one and wipe the floor with them. At least that's the idea. A strategy always uses one TItan stat and one pilot stat.
