Thank you! your advice is really helpful I wish to update it but we鈥檒l see

The art really reminds me of Superflight. The controls are smooth and it feels nice to play

GG ez done on day 3 image.png

Awesome!!! the idea is so creative!!! the visuals look amazing, though it鈥檚 a little hard to tell whats happening on screen. Top contender for winning

Thanks I really appreciate the kind words. Scope creep definitely kicked in, I learned from my mistake and for my next jam I already finished all the core mechanics in less than a day

Thanks it really means alot and yeah it鈥檚 heavily inspired by toby鈥檚 writing style

I usually don鈥檛 like this genre but honestly I really enjoyed playing. Thanks for making it! image.png

Thanks, I tired to make it feel like the characters are actually a part of the world rather than having strict dialogue that happens no matter what. Yeah, you鈥檙e supposed to use the shim in the gap of the bomb, hope that helps

Yeah that鈥檚 my fault I should have called it something else

I鈥檓 not sure if this is intentional but parrying was really delayed I couldn鈥檛 rely on it at all and the arrow up key didn鈥檛 seem to work. This has a lot of potential though, the art style is great and so is the idea

I couldn鈥檛 get past level 4. But I liked the game, its like a reverse angry birds

I played your game, even though they are similar your art is so much better.

Btw the smith is at the bottom right, I wanted to have shops for each one so it was a little clearer who is who but I didn鈥檛 have the time

I enjoyed it. At first I thought i was just a random explorer but finding out I was the creature when I reached the bomb was honestly surprising. I couldn鈥檛 figure out the order to cut the wires, I tired the order of the names mentioned in the very first letter then tired the death order (I probably got that death order wrong). so I ended up just trying random things until I defused it. Well done!

Pretty good, I had fun playing it and level three threw me off in a good way. I just wish the left click to undo was a little less finicky. Otherwise Well done and I hope you get featured

I only wish I could play it after the jam ended :pensive:

This felt great to play, I was smiling the entire time. Well done on the game feel and visuals

Thanks I was really worried about the art, it took me half the jam to make it haaha. I don鈥檛 listen to music so I didn鈥檛 any

The game feel and visuals is amazing, I really enjoyed playing. And having a music slider is great I don鈥檛 listen to music so having the option to turn it off while still listening to these great sounds is pretty good.

The concept is pretty good, but it needs to be more forgiving. as Celeste designers explained in mark鈥檚 video, you should design to prioritize player intent over strict frame-perfect execution. While making these same mechanics still allow pro players to utilize frame-perfect windows for advanced maneuvers. You could try making it so the abilities use up your time, that way instead of basically losing the moment you miss the time window, you still have a chance to recover, then any loss would completely due to the player鈥檚 lack of skill. Which would also still allow better players to perform a more skilled combo of moves that leaves no room for error like you intended in the original design.

I鈥檓 happy you enjoyed it. Thanks for hosting the jam

I鈥檓 glad you enjoyed it! That鈥檚 true I was annoyed by it too but wasn鈥檛 able to find a solution for it so I designed the difficultly around it as part of the movement. You鈥檙e suggestion is a good idea though I should have done that

Thank you for your feedback it really means alot that I was able to make something that someone enjoyed! Yeah that feature is intended like you said I wanted the player to have the ability to beat the level in multiple ways, whether it was through using different mechanics in combination or getting better at movement

Thank you! it means alot to hear that
