Hello, I seem to be having trouble opening the S2 file after downloading it, does anyone know how to extract from the file as typical methods do not seem to work (I am using Windows if this helps)

For some reason the audio for the new update stopped working, is there a way to fix? That and for some reason Zara is locked....

I am new to this game; however, I am currently unable to download it for some reason on the computer. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or can there be a possible fix?
