This sounds like a very chaotic game with a lot of moving parts. I think it'd take some real game sessions to fully understand it, but seems like it'd be a lot of fun. I think how it's more directly competitive, such as being able to mess with the other players. 

I'm a little biased because I playtested it, but I really like this little game. It was really simple and easy to pick up, but leads to different strategies based on how you want to play!

Just from reading the doc, I can tell you put a lot of thought and work into this! Even if it's incomplete, it's still good. I'm curious to see how it would play out in a real game session!
