Are the Iredicci based on the Romani and other oft-persecuted itinerant groups? The whole thing about oppressed nomadic musical people really seems similar to the Romani stereotype.

Very ambitious. Pleasant enough UI. The story reminds of Wayfarer, another excellent IF.
Nicely written except for some jumbled bits where it muddles or disregards choices. Many code errors. All granted for a demo.
Other than that, well set to be one of the better IFs. Good luck!
