I kind of just imagined some scenario/situation that would fit the image and went on from there, I was feeling pretty tired of my routine, also remembering some actual summer nights I had spent with my friends, a lot of that ended up getting in this some way or another.
Also, me and hertin wanted to get over with the "story" as quickly as possible (imo in such a small timeframe it's better to keep it simple and focus on the main part of the project, especially since we were very busy during most of the jam) so we decided it was better to leave it more abstract.
For real I went a bit too hard on the idea that most songs should loop seamlessly, thanks for the feedback! I'll have it in mind next time I do a jam like this one
Very good tracks here! This cold atmosphere fits perfectly with the description and the cover art, both of which add a lot to the immersion. I'd say you're actually one of the favorites to win the jam!
