Working my way through the DLC I lost a battle with some clones and now I'm confused as to how to get back on the numbered path. When I go around the map I can only visit the entrance, coliseum and statue of Kronos.

So for some reason my Dicktionary pages for Grant X, King and Dodoro show that none of their weaknesses have been found.  So I rented a room with Grant X (shifting between Blue and Green), was victorious and still none of his weaknesses appear in the book.

I wondered if anyone else was having this error.

I noticed when I played the game recently that my affinity with Gregor had entirely disappeared (I had gotten him to Heart Circle previously).

I ended up buying the game on Steam as well and when I played it from there and started a new game working for Gregor does not increase my affinity with him at all.  Is this something I can fix?

I'm probably missing something very obvious but just in case: what happens if you don't sleep in the game?  Is there a negative consequence of any kind?
