holy shit
10/10 best noise show I’ve ever been to
I kept trying out the door back, thinking the ‘next act’ would continue on in there, but the noise and visuals forced me to stay in the moment and just enjoy the present. So intrigued by all the visuals and the story they (may) be telling
Stuff likes this makes me wanna dabble in 3D so hard ^^
This was incredible
Every section felt so beautifully distinct from the next. I really like the interjecting and contradicting voices in the first part. The second sections had the lines I related to the most, though the wall of text is also just,, it’s so good to see someone else have a similar/same experience ^^
Thank you so much for this <3
Amazing!!!!
This was so chilling, the ‘descent’ throughout the vignettes is utterly haunting.
I really liked the difference in the way Annette’s and the Angel’s text appears on screen, makes you think about their differences, especially in how they perceive things.
The music went straight through my marrow <3
incredible ride from start to finish
the ramp up to the hard drive crash felt as mundane but as cosmically driven to its doomed destiny as to make it super relatable, even as someone who doesn’t keep external hard drives around. I mean- this perfectly illustrates why I dont keep those around, why i rarely take photos of anything. I much rather commit directly to memory what I felt and was important to me at that moment and have the flow of time just gradually sift out the things that I can “do just fine without” - losing them unaware of the process that’s really taking place. To me that “personal failing” feels a thousand times better than the failing of some electronics hardware suddenly, violently ripping those things away.
I know there’s probably too much hubris in that sentiment ^^ but this has helped me put it into words a bit better, thank you <3
also just loooove how the music and the jiterriness of the text support and emphasize the groundwork of semi-existentialist semi-dread the corrputed files lay out. Just really cool all around 💖
Absolutely delightful! Love the style and the glassy look of the UI. The way the camera zips around, not just lending us more views on this juicy artstyle, but also portraying (to me at least) this sense of ‘base-anxiety’ (in the good and excited way one can be anxious) when meeting with a new person and knowing you vibe immediately
wholeheartedly love Mia and Merle, thank you for letting us “eavesdrop” on their conversation sldkghsdglkh
Are you planning on making the soundtrack available anywhere? :3 it goes hard af!!
Wonderful little experience, the bits and pieces of additional ‘narration’ after the level names was really cool and tied a neat thematic bow on the game with the gameplay literally being the tracing of what (presumably) has come before :3 also the music added a great vibe (esp loved the change in it towards the end) fav level: sodankyla
This was so beautiful to read! I loved all the metaphors, imagery, and– omg the worldbuilding?? but not to mention the characters. The way we were still able to see Haydee’s “unconditional love” despite the short time we got to spend with her. I don’t think I ever related to all of the characters in a vn so much before ^^ Thank you so much for making this 💖
While not an active inspiration, I have played and greatly enjoyed The Outer Wilds so I'm not gonna argue it hasn't had an effect ^^ I've never read The Little Prince though. Another source of inspo, however was Disco Elysium, especially in writing the Stickbug, Mushroom, and a little bit for the Hothead
this game is really impressive! I love the aesthetic, atmosphere and ambience. the music is so soothing, I could just let the game open and idle forever. Which will probably happen since I cant even figure out the solution to the second room x( But I'm glad to read you're working on solutions to this problem already. I'm excited to see where this might be going and I'm definitely willing to stick around for it
P.s.: I love the touch of the 3 digits corresponding to the RGB values with which the HMS lights up that's just such a neat detail <3
the environment was really well designed together with the feel of how the player moved
I can only repeat the complaints others have already said, (un-)fortunately(?) So yea there's a lot of potential here from chainging the visuals of the "fake" gems to some other way to have the player distinguish between them instead of purely "guessing" (and getting frustrated after doing the jumping puzzle only to get immediately booted to the game over screen x3)
