Hi everyone! My name is Aeji and this is my first game jam! I learned a ton and had a lot of fun making the game and having my friends play it. I've already had a few ratings on our game and I've never felt so much serotonin. I'm the lead programmer for https://itch.io/jam/b1t-jam-2/rate/3818381 and I'd super appreciate any ratings and feedback. Thanks so much for reading guys! I've slowly been playing the other games in the game jams, it's so cool seeing everyone's ideas

Took me a minute to figure out what "Free the rest" meant but after I got it the objective was clear. I think the enemies spawned too quickly when trying to basically bomberman the area while also avoiding bullets. I found myself cornered very often and the slow when charging an attack didn't help. The enemies would avoid your bombs so unless you charge up your shot, it's hard to hit them. I enjoyed the game in the end though, it was fun, just a little too difficult.

I enjoyed this game a lot, it was rough trying to control the plant through all the narrow corridors towards the end but otherwise I had no complaints

This game definitely needs some music. It's definitely something I'd play while waiting in a lobby or something. Not a bad puzzle game though

I really liked the art and music. I immediately was able to figure out how to play without any instruction and enjoyed it. Good game!

I had a really hard time making out UI elements and being able to see where the shop was and how to sell. It was a fun little simulator though, probably should have a confirmation before you sleep because I accidentally slept before planting all my plants LOL

I enjoyed this a lot, this is probably a non-issue since games aren't usually played in a browser but if I don't have hardware acceleration on, this game would give me like 1 frame every 10 seconds. I decided to give it another shot after turning on hardware acceleration and really enjoyed it. The swinging with the scythe was very satisfying

I actually thought about allowing hovering to pick up coins but the deadline had passed already to change it lol I'm glad you enjoyed it though!

Insaniquarium was my main inspiration for this! I'm so glad you liked it! And yes, we should've included some infographics or instructions on what each tool does. Maybe we could lower the cost of the vines so it can be used earlier.

Yeah I'm thinking maybe it was cuz I was playing in a small browser window so I couldn't really get enough distance to flick the flower and the bomb stems kept just falling off the flower but yeah I think a visual tutorial would've been massive

Whenever I tried to drag a flower pot, it would just fall off my mouse onto the floor and sometimes it'd go underneath the floor

I struggled figuring out what flowers grew into what until I tested it out and having to remember what each flower grows into was a struggle on its own. Fun game though

I wasn't able to drag the flower pots onto the shelves so I wasn't really able to try the game out but I like the art and music!

I like the concept but I was really struggling to get a grasp of the controls and eventually gave up on it.

Fixed the music issue and thank you so much for trying out the game!
