It's great news that you're working on the Hex Kit conversion, because your tiles and your art are very beautiful and atmospheric, and I'm sure they will make a great impression on my players when I show them the hexcrawl land map on the online Old-School Essentials session.

Your tiles and icons are so beautiful, so it's hard for me to just give up and leave an issue with these tiles.

These .png tiles behave as if they are self-expanding, so that if:

- I reduce the size, they fit horizontally, but they do not fit vertically:

- I leave the original size, the right side and bottom of the tiles are "cut off" because they are "overlapped" by the adjacent tiles:

The original size of the tiles is smaller in width and larger in height. Even though I resize these tiles so that the tiles have equal width and height, when I import them into Hex Kit, the tiles still strangely stretch in width.

How can I "reformat" these tiles to make them compatible with the Hex Kit app? I don't have enough knowledge to deal with this issue. Are you able to help me?
