I'm sure you may have figured this out since posting, but the roman numeral pages are in the back of the core book. They're part of the included adventure module on the non-glossy pages. There's essentially a handful of extra monster stats in there that get used by SD.

Hello, 1d10+5! Long-time fan of Solitary Defilement. Thank you for the wonderful work you do for us lone defilers (defilees?). I wanted to ask what might be the best way to get in touch with you. I'm in the midst of building a solo ruleset for Frontier Scum and I'd love to chat with you about using the framework of Solitary Defilement to do so. I have no intention to copy/paste anything, but would love to not re-invent the wheel in some regards (especially your brilliant method of the various mapping tools). Would love to show you what I have as I get closer, but figured I'd reach out sooner rather than later in case I'm over-stepping any bounds. This is my first attempt at doing supplemental material like this, so I want to be as courteous and respectful as possible. Thanks so much!
