Thank you! The technical work on figuring out proper implementation, loading maps, altering mechanics etc. has drained me so much that I've sort of winged the level design (which I'm not great at anyway, but still, they could be better). I'm just glad I finished something for the first time and haven't abandoned it like I usually do.
Hi!
I have a quick question about this rule to clear up any doubts. I want to use Love2D (https://love2d.org) for writing the game for the jam. This is a very lightweight game engine compared to something like Godot or Unity. I have created a basic project structure from some of my prior work https://github.com/zoldar/trainjam/commit/af903d6c48b0c17a1e945abfc05784dac7f374... This is pretty much a very simple skeleton with some helpers and libraries, either made by me or taken from third parties - stuff like collision detection, camera, animation etc. I'm hoping this is still acceptable ?
