The reason FS25 mods on console are so limited is due to copyright laws. FS25 does not have licenses/agreements with the majority of companies (i.e. Kenworth, Peterbilt or Ford and Dodge With GMC.). They're allowed on PC because people download them from 3rd party websites, therefore Giants software cant really be held accountable legally, while if they were put on the FS25 ModHub, they could be sued or face consequences. Thats why most modders only make mods for PC and not Console, much easier to make a mod for PC and upload it to a website than to make one a mod for both PC and Console and get it approved (or denied) by GIANTS.
