Okay, I seen another comment which directed me to go back and it changed so it’s all sorted for me! Thank you for the reply :)

I'm currently playing this game for the first time - however I can't seem to keep Carla's path there - I selected the go shirtless option as a comment suggested - however when I go to the doctors, the same issue still happens and i lose the path - any ideas? The walkthrough that I've seen hasn't really helped to show where I've went
