You can modify all the assets, but do not redistribute the original/modified asset pack on its own. Feel free to use the assets in anything commercial or non-commercial. You don't have to credit me, but it would be appreciated.  

Terrifying with solid shooting mechanics. The frame rate was a bit of an issue, I found myself missing some jump scares and missing shots even on the low setting. The flickering when you encounter an enemy made it hard to gauge where I was at times. Overall excellent experience.
