March 1st update: Fix error when plug a key in the vehicle

-Change to R Alt to open door when using keyboard key
-Fix bounty of items scattered on certain spot
-Revise bat HP lower than before
-Revise Guard dogs HP so won't be easy to get killed so hope player can still have them for next mission
