What has worked for many players is to have a single player build the deck and draw the cards for both players. That player can draw their own card, write their entry, then draw the next card and include it with the journal when they mail it back.

As of right now, there is no bespoke system for ship building or ship to ship combat. I have been considering giving this game a second pass however, so maybe in the future that will be included!

It is not bother at all! There were a couple of very small tweaks based on some feedback about potential exploits with some powers. The Gadgeteer and Scout specifically each had a very slight change to powers and a couple of archetypes had minor changes in their starting stamina/momentum.

Absurdia is so much fun! I have been lucky enough to play a few times while the game was in development and absolutely loved it. The setting and playbooks are dripping with inspiration which makes telling exciting and whacky stories come so easily.
