I am in pain.

My current theory is Netina. She fits the description, was "close" with Mary at some point, and has a motivation for getting Reginald in trouble. She also seemed a little too eager to kill the frog in chapter 1, even if she said it was a joke.

I think it's because It's overcast, so the moon isn't visible. In crowscare, Ryo only transforms after the moon is visible, and one of the npcs said that it was too cloudy to see the moon. That's my theory anyway.
