Hey there, I've seen your comment on the other game.
Honestly your game is pretty fun, I'd say you have a pretty strong baseline for a game that has a non-zero amount of good potential! Maybe if you just tweak the camera to make it more tight, it would actually make the gameplay feel even better. It was a good amount of fun to speedrun even then.
On the side of game design, I think favoring a more Meat Boy to Celeste approach (with bite sized levels instead of long screens) would actually improve your game even more!
