i have a problem. i dont know how to continue. i think im finished with dungeon 3 and it doest progress for me. do i need to do the nora thing first? 

because eva tells me there is a dungeon i need to do first. but the dungeon entrance tells me i need to talk to nora. but i cant find nora anywhere.

is there a fast way to lose willpower ?
