In, I believe, the third task that Sera, the owner of the inn, has you do (I really hope I got her name right), she takes the player to the attic that contains two chests. One with an intelligence potion, and the other containing the key item. As I was moving boxes around, I accidentally got myself softlocked. I tried saving and exiting, but when I loaded the game back up, it stuck me in my last autosave area, so I'm lost.
