Fun deck-builder, but there is basically no reason to ever choose a 2-energy card, especially since you can press the 1-energy cards as many times as you want (so long as you have the energy).

In all seriousness though, the game is great, incredibly fun tone and execution, I'm embarrassed to admit how much time I walked around trying random commands in the puzzle section, and my only real complaint is the jankyness with the camera + platforming, but that also makes the game funnier so I can't even really say it's a complaint. I love how many stupid voicelines there are for the commands and stuff, and the overall wit of the writing and conversation pacing is just fantastic, absolute blast of an experience!
Thanks for the feedback! You can definitely blame me for the weird collisions, I had a bit of a field day just trying to get them to work to begin with, but also keep in mind some of the enemies take 2 hits to kill (jellyfish and barracuda), so if you were worried that you weren't dealing damage, that could be the cause.
Visually amazing, love this form of pixel-art with large amounts of whitespace, but the gameplay was definitely a bit repetitive, although that fits with the narrative. Unfortunately I got softlocked due to the clicker not recognizing the fries as an item I could click on in night 3, but still overall a very neat game!
I do not know what compelled you to make a kaizo platformer but I have no choice but to respect it, this slaps. I wish there were more levels, but I greatly enjoyed what is here already, my only real complaint is that the spike hitbox extents a bit onto the normal ground, but other than that this is some great tight-platforming!
This game is peak, I poisoned and chain-killed my enemy before the round even started like 50% of the time cause I am goated with the sauce. Anyway amazing concept and execution, my only real nitpick is that when your compound gets too large it starts bouncing infinitely off the walls and lagging your game, but sacrifices must be made in the name of mass destruction.
The movement felt pretty responsive and smooth, and the light ping mechanic definitely added a bit of spice to the usual platformer formula! If I had one critique, aside from some performance issues with the light ping, it would be nice if the sound effects for jumping and other common buttons/mechanics would cycle through a couple variations, to help prevent them from growing repetitive and being a bit hard on the ears.
I'm a bit of a sucker for anything Shell based, and I am glad to see this does not disappoint. While very much in line with the usual programming-for-newbies style of gameplay, I love the presentation and the need to actually use semi-shell commands and such, and the puzzles are pretty well made and fun to solve. My only real complaint is that the shell windows have to take up a lot of the screen, and while it is charming to have to manage screenspace like that (much like with my actual projects using the shell), it is a bit of a pain in gameplay. Maybe having some dedicated whitespace would be good? Overall though, the game is great!
There's a bit of a lag-spike when the game first loads, but other than that this is amazing! Great vibes, the aesthetic is great, the gameplay is fun and hectic, just overall a blast. I feel the shells could take a bit longer to break, since I always felt like they haven't tipped over all that much visually before they do, but that's my only real minor complaint (besides the lag-spike).
