I got a lot of seriously crucial feedback for Operation Knockback, some of which was great and people do think it's of a professional quality which is great to hear as I'm looking to release the full version on steam in the next couple months hopefully, but more importantly feedback about the main mechanics and what they lack. I think I want to add a pull mechanic of some kind, (as well as a tutorial and other things, as some people suggested, understandably) so maybe something like a grappling hook to swing from platform to another, I just think it'll be really fun to play with the physics of it in a really high-stakes speedrunner-friendly environment.

Holding right seems to make you survive for a long time

Hey guys, well done on submitting, it's always hard work developing games in a short time frame.

I have worked hard on Operation Knockback for the last two weeks and would like this to become a solid financial project. I have been getting some mixed feedback regarding movement and core mechanics, but I have not quite decided whether I should fundamentally change the core mechanics of the game or keep it simple the way it is, and change up the platforms/obstacles/puzzles to keep the game fresh for a long duration in the full release in the future. Do you guys have any thoughts?

I am also interested in other people's games around here and would like to find out what challenges you guys faced during development. I think my biggest struggle was getting the movement down, and it definitely still needs to be balanced and improved. Comment your games below and some challenges you faced, and please feel free to check out O.K below and kindly share some feedback!

Hey there, I'm making a brutal climbing game where you rocket jump your way up a difficult platforming tower. Operation Knockback!
