Updated the game to be more up to par with the version of the demo on Steam currently.  Quite a few visual improvements in this build.

Updated: Localization options and hostile planets now take territory back if you ignore them for too long.

Game updated to match current Steam demo build:

• Removed game timer and VPs
• Replaced with planet and research trackers, driving game progress
• Reduced immediate unlocked factions to 5
• Added more faction identity driving gameplay choices

(wrong version was uploaded but has now been fixed)
