I don't think it will be but I doubt the update would be an update exactly from what I can see they've stated the following :

"Currently, the game's big flow is complete, but there are still some minor balance adjustments and some additional elements to add.If development progresses smoothly, we aim to release the official version around fall 2026."

Feedback & Suggestions (minor spoilers)

I have a few suggestions and some feedback after playing:

Scene Gallery:

It would be great to have a gallery where we can replay scenes and animations we’ve already unlocked. The game isn’t very difficult, but it feels unrewarding to lose access to content after unlocking it.

Cosmetics & Interactions:

Adding more cosmetic options—and especially interactions tied to them—would make the game feel more dynamic. For example:

Unique animations depending on whether certain cosmetics are equipped, broken, or missing.

Rewards like cosmetics for completing specific routes (e.g., merchant heretic route with the crest).

Cosmetics that provide gameplay effects (buffs/debuffs).

“Holy” route cosmetics could grant protection (e.g., resistance to brainwashing or aphrodisiac).

“Heretic” route cosmetics could increase difficulty (e.g., making the player more vulnerable to debuffs and attacks with mechanics like brainwashing or aphrodisiac).

This could even introduce a sort of hardcore mode where certain items intentionally make the game harder.

Respawn & Fast Travel:

Adding respawn points or fast travel between chapters (currently 5) would help a lot.

Unlocking an altar/checkpoint after completing a chapter would reduce the need to replay large sections just to access missed scenes.

Guides (Spoilers)

Controls:

WASD – Move (also scroll in menus)

Space – Jump

E – Interact

ESC – Menu

J – Attack / Confirm (in menu)

Shift – Dash

K – Skill

L – Jump

Menu Navigation Tip:

Some players struggle with the menu after starting the game. Scroll right to “Settings,” press J to confirm, then use W/S to navigate.

General Tips:

You can restart levels from the menu.

There is a working cheat menu on F95 that can help with testing or exploration.

Animations & Scenes:

Every monster has animations, but some are harder to trigger (especially in later chapters).

In crowded areas (like after Chapter 4), you may need to clear other enemies to trigger specific scenes by some enemies that are slower or refuse to move unless alone like black enemy with mask or the big flesh.

Some encounters are hidden or special (e.g., mimic, painting, iron maiden, 2 worms in after boss cave).

There are interaction-based scenes (e.g., the lady at the start, merchant with 5 progressive scenes and the special cave after boss defeat has 2).

Bosses each have their own animation, and the final boss has two plus special cuts center. 

Goblins have a unique ending.

Each chapter has different failure endings when reaching 0 HP.

Preg animations are mostly similar across enemies, with slight variations (e.g., guardians, worms, spiders, slugs).

looking into comments tbh I  highly doubt it would get allowed into steam with all the drama that happened with NSFW games and Mastercard charges and new requirements and censorships but are there any news on future update ?
