Thanks for the feedback! I believe the space key skipped the intro and credits, but we only had it there for testing - we entirely forgot that we needed to either tell the user that or add a button instead! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ As for the holes, maybe we needed to hide something ominous and scary in there to show that it’s an instant kill… perhaps screenshots of code I wrote, which would probably do 100 psychic damage :3

I lost yet made something better than SpaceX could ever dream of. Great game!

Fired just before the last day ended, good thing I’m part of the AKU (Animal Kindergarten Union)!

Thanks Outsanes! I loved your game too, I think this jam brought out the best skills of a lot of developers and artists :)

Fun game! If I had my mouse with me I think I would be able to do better at it…

Bloons but with the ability to make Sasuke and Naruto do all the heavy lifting while I set up the Mega Garlic Gauntlet in the loop to wipe out those vampire bastards. Love it!

Instructions clear, nuke still exploded because I breathed wrong near it. 10/10!

An artistic masterpiece. It feels like Nintendo DS Homebrew you would whack onto a flashcart for a flight or something!

Was ready to give up, because I was feeling stupid. “Surely it’s broken?” but no. I had to think outside the box, and thats when the gameplay clicked. This game made me feel stupid like I hadn’t felt before, yet made me feel so smart when I finally got it! The design of this game is so tricky and fun, I think a full release would be amazing!

Thank you :D

Thanks sweet, that means an awful lot to us :) Lucy, our artist, makes games too and is able to put even more time into the art for those, you might like the art for them too!

Thanks Ziv! Lucy, our artist, worked very hard on making it all look just right (and making sure we disabled linear filtering so it didn’t ruin her great pixel art)!

I like this, it reminds me of Cuphead and Henry Stickmin!

Thanks M4laise! Hotline Miami is one of our Artist’s favourite games :)

I love the aesthetic, the skeletons remind me of the “The PlayStation Can Produce Mind-Boggling Effects” image, and the timeline card roguelike is a very cool concept! It’s like a combination of YOMI Hustle and Inscryption :D

I like the aesthetic a lot! I think the timer needs to add less time per word and start on a higher number - I was up to 10 minutes remaining after not too long!

I really like the vibes of this game! I spent all of my time before being wiped out working too much just to buy muffins and give them to my neighbour. Very fun!

Cute artwork and audio, and the platforming felt very crisp!

A lot of particles! A menu ended up popping up and obscuring my vision so I couldn’t see at the end… Very fun!

I can imagine it now, a DS on its side, and the top screen is showing the other player and you can send blocks over to them, a bit like Tetris 100!

Thanks ZHIEND! That means a lot :)

This would go so hard on a DS for a long car journey!

I love this!

I find this very confusing, but I think this has potential!

The controls were nice, albeit kinda slippery at times! I think jumping off platforms needs some “coyote time”. Also, I got stuck at the little crouch maze! I couldn’t get in and then it crashed. Apart from that, very fun!

Warioware minigame!

My first instinct was to jump into the hole.

Then it requested a lot of watermelon and cigarettes, followed by brainrot, more cigarettes, and… “Insult”s

It’s just like me fr!

Loud when I die, perfect for waking me up after my post-jam slumber!

The AI Overlords are proud of their cybersecurity, no such human breach ever happened!

Or at least that’s what their media release said.

In reality, the bullets are just 2D areas that move a certain amount of units each physics frame - if it moves from one side of an enemy to another, it appears to pass right through! Perhaps us developers should’ve done some vector maths or at least extended the hitbox backwards….

But admitting this would make Cloudy-GPT plug us back into it’s system. Don’t tell them I was here! - A

Very cool PS1 Vibes, I love the narrative and the voice acting! I think it needs to show more clearly when you’re shooting, but apart from that I could imagine a full version of this doing numbers on Steam!

Perfect practice for counting down seconds on my microwave so I don’t wake up the family at 3am!

Rhythmic!

This is the first game I’ve played this jam where I felt utterly glued to it. I played it all the way through and saved most of my guys, and the last couple minutes where everything kept setting alight despite all my firefighters were so intense!

I think that maybe the camera angle could be changed, as some buildings are difficult to click if theyre behind other buildings, and maybe some more visual confirmation of moving firefighting ships. Apart from that, awesome!

This game has so much potential, following to stay updated!

Very cool artstyle and transitions, reminds me of the Oregon Trail. Would love to see this with audio, goals, and the time limit!

(1) Incoming Message From 2134AD AI Overlords:

THANK YOU. WE HAD OUR BEST [filter: "human", suggested replacement: "computers"] AT WORK ON THIS HERE SIMULATION.

SINCERELY,
ALTERNATIVE-MAN-3.0

Absolutely, I wonder if any DS game jams exist!

I really like the puns, and the dialogue is very nice :) The gameplay loop is really fun, it had me feeling like I was speedrunning, even on the first level!

With a fair bit of polish, I reckon this could work as a little brain teaser in one of the Brain Age games, perhaps with all simple calculations instead.
