Out of curiosity, will the DLC release in more or less than a month?

In the past I remember unlocking custom clothes ordering at the clothes shop. In the most recent update I have been trying to unlock this feature but have failed. I have visited the shop around 50 times and have bought out the entire stock for around half of those times. Is there something I am missing?
